Happy New Year 2011

Happy New Year 2011

Allen @ food.silkenhut.com

Hello everyone!

Happy new year to all! I hope you had a great meal to start the new year. As for me, we had our usual meal when we celebrate the new year. That would be spaghetti, fruit salad, plus some other stuffs like pork BBQ, cake and of course, soda and beer.

So now that we are in 2011, what would be in store for our food blog? Well, one thing for sure is that we will still continue to deliver more food posts (hopefully in a more consistent manner) and make it informative yet entertaining in a way.Even though it is near the 1st anniversary of my camera, I still believe that I have much to learn especially in taking good shots. It is easy to take a picture but it is another story to take a wonderful picture. So I’ll be adding that to my goals and things to look forward to.

Hmmm what else?

Stat wise, it has been good. I’m happy with the growth of this blog.

When I started this blog, I said to myself, I will not put any ads until I reach around 100-200 page views a day and since I have reached it already, I think it is about time to put some ads so I can earn something. It would be nice to say something like this in the future, “I have recovered my investment for my camera via this blog“. I hope my dear visitors won’t mind and will still continue to support this blog.

Till next time,

Allen
