Tortang Pork Giniling

I bought ground pork but I didn’t know what will I do with it. I was thinking of trying again arroz ala cubana but I lack the ingredients so why not the ground pork omelette or Tortang Pork Giniling. 
This recipe will be my stepping stone as I move up to Tortang Talong.

Creating the mixture
  1. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes for a few minutes
  2. Add ground pork and cook until pork color is no longer pink; probably whitish brown
  3. Combine ground pork with beaten egg into another container
Creating your patties
  1. Get a cup size of the mixture and fry it for around 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Do it for the rest of the mixture.
    Serve with banana ketchup! (I recommend UFC's Tamis Anghang Banana Ketchup)
Recipe Notes

I still need to improve this recipe as I was loading it with a lot of banana ketchup just to compensate on flavor. Salt and pepper would help; and less garlic as it can overpower the taste.
