  1. Rub olive oil all over the fish; both sides then rub it with salt and crushed pepper. Allow it to rest for a few minutes.
  2. Add a bit of oil to your pan or griller then heat it.
  3. Place the fish and cook each side for around 5 minutes. You would only need to flip it once.
  4. Once served on a plate; squeeze a bit of lemon on both sides.
